Originally from Lima, Peru, I attended Miami Dade College and Florida International University. I have earned a Court of Masters Sommelier’s Certificate, and I have been designated as a Certified Cheese Professional by the American Cheese Society.

My wife, Melissa Yacher, and I settled in Richmond, VA, her hometown, where we now live with our sons, Simón and Sabastian.

I love food and I love serving people.  Working at Plentiful is like working with family.  In fact, at Plentiful I do work alongside my mother-in-law, Roseanne Adams!

Fun Fact:

I used to be an aircraft mechanic before I started working in hospitality.
