I have always loved learning new things, from designing heating and refrigeration systems for commercial applications, to becoming a full-time mom and substitute teacher, to managing the children's program at Community Bible Study. 

More recently, I applied my engineering mindset and love of people as Director of Annual Giving at a local faith-based non-profit. Who knew joining a catering team was up next?! 

After years into cooking for a husband who cherished good food, and raising four perpetually hungry children, I’ve come to appreciate the excitement of a delicious, savory, and extended time around the table.

Fun fact:  My granddaughters, growing up in England, have their own little version of the Great British Baking Show!
