I hail from upstate New York, originally, but I consider myself a Virginian, since my family moved to Richmond when I was young.  In fact, I feel like I’ve come full-circle, when I pull up to work at Plentiful’s kitchen, since I vividly recall living in the next-door apartments while my family’s house was being built!  

Once I married, I lived in many places, as my husband was serving in the military.  While our kids were young, we even lived in Germany for a while, where we made the most of seeing parts of Western Europe.  Eventually, with two kids in school, we settled in NOVA–which we all loved.  I’ve always enjoyed various forms of art, from interior decorating to baking.  I feel right at home in Plentiful’s kitchen and have enjoyed getting to know the team members there.

FUN FACT: Once, after a car trip that took us through a handful of states to Disney World, I suggested to my husband that we could try to hit all fifty states with our kids.  He jumped on it!  Our whole family became happy road warriors, and we saw all the states together.
