Kathryn Dixon
I was born and raised in Midlothian, VA along with four siblings: two younger sisters and two older, identical twin brothers. I am now the proud aunt of five nieces and two nephews, all of whom keep me very busy!
Currently, I work full-time for a finance firm as an Office Manager. Prior to my present position, I worked for a non-profit organization called Needle’s Eye Ministries as a receptionist and event planner.
I love how food and hospitality bring people together and help to build relationships within the community. A delicious spread of food served with warmth and care can create lasting memories.
Whether I’m coordinating a wedding or serving in other ways, it’s always rewarding for me when I can be a part of events that create special memories for clients.
I love how Plentiful Foods truly cares about their clients and always seeks to nurture them and provide them with fresh, wholesome and delicious food. The entire staff is skilled, and everyone works as a team to make each event a success. It truly is a family here!
Fun Fact:
Every summer, our family goes to the Outer Banks and it’s always a lovely time soaking up sun, building sandcastles, and taking long walks on the beach to collect seashells.
