Kristi Pollard

I was born and raised in Richmond and am married to Braxton, my childhood sweetheart.  We love our large families and enjoy hiking, biking and lots of river time. We are beyond blessed with lifelong friendships dating back forty years, as well.

I have a BS in Psychology from VCU, and I've lived and worked in big cities like Seattle, New York, Philadelphia and Paris. I cherish the experiences I collected through years of exploring new vistas.

I've worked in sales in the financial and hospitality industries; I've owned and operated a small business importing botanically inspired French textiles; I worked with a local nonprofit organization as Director of Development; and I've owned and operated my own floral and container garden business for fourteen years and counting. I have always loved being a conduit for connecting people with beauty and nature.

Living and working in big cities and being exposed to the variety of cultures, food and flowers did a number on my senses and my heart.  I love nothing better than enjoying comfort food with friends and family gathered around the table, whether in a hip new brasserie, a corner cafe, or someone's apartment or home in the country.

Annhorner graciously invited me onto her incredible team, a few years ago.  Plentiful offers something not available elsewhere in Richmond. Literally, spirits soar when folks experience the food and also the loving atmosphere created with each and every weekly meal and event they cater.

Fun Fact:

In a round of front porch spin-the-bottle, my husband and I first kissed each other's cheeks when we were ten years old!
