Although I have lived all over the US, I was born in Richmond and  it is home.  

Having served in the Army, studied special education and worked in the food industry for over thirty years, I have deep and varied experience.  From restaurant management to working for private and corporate catering companies, my experience has prepared me well to handle a variety of roles and situations.

Connecting with people is one of my biggest passions, and food is one of the best ways to connect. I love helping people enjoy their time with their families and friends, whether it be at a small dinner together or a significant event such as a wedding, graduation or retirement. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and hearing their stories; having the chance to experience such diversity allows me to see the world through a thousand different eyes. 

Plentiful came highly recommended to me by a good friend who also works here, but the atmosphere of both the staff and clientele is what keeps me coming back. 

Fun Fact: 

My sister, brother-in-law and mom live in Florida, but I have the pleasure of my son Casey, my two dogs Crumpett and Dolly, and my cat Lillibet living closer by.
