Born and raised in Huntington, WV, I practically grew up in the Lutheran Church where I taught Sunday School and played the organ from age fourteen on. Other hobbies I enjoy are tennis, gardening and raising chickens.

I’m happily married to Greg Koontz,  with whom I have four children, as well as five grandchildren–and counting!  I graduated with a BS in Biology from Marshall University and then worked as a dental hygienist before joining Raintree Swim and Racquet Club in their accounting department.

I love Food…lol!  Having always hosted all the family celebrations and holidays at our house, “food” has come to mean “family,” in my mind.

I also love working at Plentiful, not only for the delicious food we make but also for the wonderful people I get to work with. Plentiful is truly a family!

Fun fact:

My first meal together with Greg was a seder on the floor at church, during which he tried to cover a hole in his pant leg the whole time.  I fell in love with him right then and there :).
